After a revision surgery, when I said I wanted a complaint and a follow-up check because my nose was ruined both aesthetically and functionally, they said they would do it again if I paid only the anesthesia fee, saying, “Just pay 300,000 won, you can just do it again~ It’s not hard, it’s easy~ We can do it again~ I’ll do it for you again~” They talked as if redoing a surgery they themselves had done was only natural. After the surgery, the person who is supposed to be the director never showed their face at all, and the booking area after surgery and the booking area before surgery are on completely different floors of the building, so you can’t even run into them. I started wondering if this kind of thing is widespread. The surgical result is the worst, and patient care is the worst too...
