The nose looks pretty, but it feels hard. That's the biggest disappointment It's a little pointy too, so it stands out, but I like that the bulbous-nose look is gone I had it done with septal cartilage, and they didn't use ear cartilage. But I was happy with my nose here and got liposuction too, and that one was seriously Sigh... my pants still fit exactly the same... Nothing changed, and I only got a scar.
