I went for a consultation because it was said to be famous for contracture cases, but even though I had booked, I still waited about an hour and a half. I was already annoyed from that point. They talked about using ear cartilage and autologous dermis, and the consultation just ended with, "We can lower it using this material." When the manager heard I wasn't booking, she didn't even greet me and her expression changed completely; I've been to many plastic surgery consultations before, but this was the first time I had to wait this long even after booking. If it's already like this before surgery, I wonder whether aftercare will really be handled properly.
