There were so many people with bad things to say, so I almost skipped it, but I got curious and went for a consultation. They use the entire building, and it was bigger than I expected. When I got out of the taxi and went in, they told me to go over there, then there, to have my temperature checked, then take another elevator... it's quite complicated. I don't really understand why they made it so complicated and laid things out so complexly. It seems like a lot of foreigners come here. The consultation with the doctor was good, and he had presence and confidence... it really made me think I could just trust him with everything. But if all that presence and confidence is all there is... that thought did cross my mind. Skill and presence are different things, after all... Anyway, for my second revision, the only materials he mentioned were ear cartilage and AlloDerm, so I found that odd and asked about it. The manager said the director absolutely hates donor rib cartilage.. and never uses it. He said it was easy to think of rib cartilage as setting up a sturdy tent, and that it's an easy material that can firmly support things, which is why everyone uses donor rib cartilage. He said the doctor has excellent skill, so it's absolutely possible without using donor rib cartilage. I trusted them and left a deposit, but then I saw a review saying the tip of the nose had dropped, so I thought that for revision surgery you really need rib cartilage and cancelled. And because I'd seen so many bad reviews, I couldn't just ignore that...
