Both the counselor and the director were kind and gave a detailed consultation. There was no unnecessary pressure to get cosmetic surgery; instead, they helped me understand that excessive canthoplasty or lower canthoplasty would not suit the eye shape I wanted, and they also said ptosis correction was optional, which built trust.
