Back when I was in high school, I had double eyelid surgery with front and back canthoplasty. The front canthoplasty ended up causing an epicantal fold, and originally I was supposed to have the lower eyelid done, but the doctor made a mistake and did the back canthoplasty instead. Still, the effect was good, so I just let it be... I don't know if Director Lee is still there now, but he was blunt and not very warm, yet he did a decent job for me..
