Patient review of Teuraendeu (트랜드) · 2020-10-20

I made the reservation in July and was told it would likely be possible around December, but since the office is close to my workplace, I asked them to contact me right away if any time opened up in between, so I was able to get a consultation in less than a month after booking. If you live nearby, I think you may be able to get a consultation much faster than the originally announced waiting period even if the queue is long! I waited about an hour because they were treating patients and the previous consultation ran long. Since I seemed to be waiting too long, the staff, whether it was the manager or an operating-room staff member, even brought me tangerines and snacks they were eating, so even though the wait was long, I didn't feel abandoned haha I had seen a lot of bad reviews saying they fought with people or scolded them during consultations, so I was a little scared and trembling, but they were so kind and detailed that my fear was pointless. For the parts of the surgery method that I didn't understand, they even opened a medical book and showed me illustrations while explaining with great enthusiasm. The consultation was excellent beyond words, but the price and the surgery time were still a bit burdensome, so I couldn't decide right away. Still, the director's tremendous confidence and academic passion left a good impression, so I'm thinking about it positively. In the end, the result is what matters, right? They seem almost obsessively perfectionist about the side profile and the shape of the columella, but what I care about more is the front view. Since the front view seems to be treated as less important than the side view, I'm not sure whether they can really make the side view thin and refined too, so I'm still thinking about this clinic. Even though there was a consultation fee, it didn't feel wasted, so I would be willing to go for a second consultation.
