I got a consultation, but it took a long time to even get the appointment. It seemed to take longer than other places. There was only one director, so the consultation was quite long. They explained everything medically, one by one, so it was easy to understand after hearing the explanation. Also, it seemed like the director had a style they preferred, so if that didn't suit you... there was a part that made me worry about whether to decide on the surgery. And the cost was not cheap, and since it's a nose specialty clinic, the price range was on the higher side. The consultation with the office manager was average.
