First, he explained a surgical method where he shaves down the dorsal hump and then places the shaved-down part back on top after thinning it out. It was something I hadn't seen done elsewhere, so it was interesting, and he said that with that method, it wouldn't have the roughness that's a drawback of using no implant. He also drew the shape directly after the surgery, and I really liked the design! However, the surgery fee was way too expensive, and the long operation time was also a bit of an issue. At first I thought the doctor was kind, but when I asked questions, he seemed a little annoyed, like I was asking unnecessary things,,,, I guess my expectations were too high because I waited almost 6 months for the consultation Overall, I don't think I'll have surgery at this clinic!
