I'm a living fossil who got nose surgery at Trend in 2009. At the time, I had silicone + ear cartilage, and it turned out very natural. I guess it was a slightly different style from now.. I recently went back for a revision consultation, but they didn't seem very proactive during the consult. I'm torn between having the revision done here or somewhere else. Their personality can be polarizing, but their skill and stubbornness are definitely real.
