The consultation was only about 10 minutes with the director and 10 minutes with the manager at most, and it was the most inadequate consultation I’ve had so far. At this point, it’s fair to say they shouldn’t charge a consultation fee. They said surgery would be difficult unless I did autologous dermis (tip of the nose). The director is very fixed on the surgical direction he wants, so if you want something different from that, it would be better to look for another hospital. They recommended septal cartilage + donor rib cartilage + ear cartilage. The manager also mentioned capsule removal. If it’s there, of course it should be done, but they said it could also add to the cost. This is a hospital that quotes very high. For now, I’m skipping it because the consultation itself was so insincere.
