The hospital itself is very clean, and the front desk staff were kind, so from the moment I walked in I felt like I had done my homework. They didn’t push materials on me and it felt like they only explained what was really necessary. When I showed photos, they looked back and forth between the photo and my nose and helped me define the line well. The director’s consultation felt a bit lacking in extra explanation, if that makes sense. It seemed like they had things in their head, but they didn’t explain them all the way to me... Still, they seemed confident, which I liked.
