The director was kind, but somehow I feel like if I filed a complaint later, they would cut me off very quickly. I was scared of an upturned nose, so I asked about septal reinforcement, but they said they still would not do it (not even for a slightly collapsed shape). They said it would interfere with the airway, and mentioned disadvantages like that. But on YouTube I saw them saying that reinforcing by adding support to the septum would not affect the airway that much, so the difference in what they said lowered my trust a lot.
