I went in with high expectations after seeing the good reputation. The chief director felt very kind and professional, but the problem was that when the head doctor consulted with me, they had this condescending attitude like, "You don't not know this, do you??" which really annoyed me.. More than anything, I’m still furious that they laughed at my side profile of my nose.. It was going to be done with costal cartilage, but they didn’t even answer my questions accurately, so it was just a consultation that left me feeling bad. The chief director was nice, but the head doctor was the worst.
