I saw reviews saying the staff were prickly, and I could understand why^^.. they had kind of a haughty vibe?? I came up from the provinces and arrived about 1 hour?? early, but wow.. I really had to wait a long time.. I could understand waiting an hour since I came early, but once it went beyond that I got pretty annoyed?? I got up to go to the bathroom and casually looked at the staff, and they were blatantly using their phones on top of the desk, and the staff were talking to each other way too much like friends. I also work in customer service, but that kind of attitude is a bit much.. And they were talking about photos and CT scans, but when I worked at a dermatology clinic I had seen staff casually looking through patient photos and talking about them, so I refused because I was distrustful. But the consultation manager kept saying that if I did that, the procedure wouldn’t be accurate, so I started wondering whether I should even be getting this consultation?? Anyway, after waiting again for ages, I met the director, and maybe she had been told I wasn’t getting a CT or photos done, because she kept asking why, why. I explained the reason, but she said, "That’s how it is at that clinic" and spoke in such an unpleasant tone that I just wanted to leave, consultation or not... I think she said a bunch of other things too, but I let it all go in one ear and out the other, so I can’t remember. And then I waited another long while~~ This is a clinic that makes people wait way too much. ... If that’s how it’s going to be, why even schedule consultations.. Still, the last consultation with the manager was really thorough and professional, like a true consultation expert, so by the time I left I felt a bit better..(I’m extremely sensitive in this world... please understandㅠ) They said here they can only remove it no matter what, so it’s different from the direction I want, and I don’t plan on having surgery~ Also, I haven’t heard that at other clinics, but here they apparently offer a discount if you cover the eyes and mouth in photos and upload them to their site??? Who would agree to have their photo posted for a discount... I don’t get it at all.. Since they showed me other people’s photos during the consultation, I wondered if they also upload sample photos to the site and show them during consultations too? That thought made me uncomfortable too~ Anyway, this is just my opinion, so don’t think too deeply about it and I think it’s best to get a consultation and judge for yourself!
