The doctor seemed very confident. I was planning to remove all of my nasal implant, and he was certain that if everything was removed, my nose would definitely go back to its original shape. After hearing from other consultations that it might not fully return to the original nose, I felt relieved hearing that it would. Skill-wise, he seems good, but he didn’t really empathize with patients or answer questions. People who are preparing for removal are people who are already hurt inside. Because it is the last procedure, they are even more careful and even more afraid. He seemed like he didn’t want to have conversations about what was inconvenient while living with the nose I got after the first surgery, what I wished could be improved, and what side effects I was afraid of. Whenever I tried to say something or ask a question, everything got cut off, and I left after only hearing the same answer over and over again. Then I consulted with the clinic manager, and honestly, that manager was an angel... She answered everything I had wanted to ask the doctor and explained whether things could be improved. I almost cried during the consultation. This place seems like a good fit for people looking for a firm doctor.
