My nasal bridge was crooked and I had a saddle nose, and during the consultation for revision rhinoplasty they said I would need ear cartilage and silicone. They only checked the condition of my nose visually. There was not enough detailed explanation about how the nose surgery would be done. It seems like mainly a clinic specializing in revision rhinoplasty and removal.
