I got a consultation for both my eyes and nose, and they explained everything using very technical terms. I wouldn’t say they felt extremely kind, and they didn’t push anything unnecessary, just explained only the parts I mentioned. The manager was very kind. But I had also seen some negative reviews, so I didn’t feel there was enough merit to say I absolutely had to do it here.
