This was a consultation for revision surgery. Um, my nose had been badly damaged by all the surgeries so far, so I was scared. I wanted to use ear cartilage, but the doctor said only rib cartilage was possible. Taking it out from between the ribs... I was scared of that. And I heard there can also be a bending complication, and my nose is already bent and hard to deal with. I was worried it might bend again, so I didn’t do it here. If I had done it, I think the shape would have come out pretty. Whether my nose skin would have held up is another question. If my nasal skin had been sturdy, I might have done it here too.
