I had my own secondary canthoplasty done, and the scar isn't the usual inner corner scar from a typical epicanthoplasty; instead, the part where the inner corner of the eye connects to the aegyo-sal turned white and swelled up a little. Even after two years, it still hasn't gone away. And I had eye-opening correction because the director and the doctor recommended it, but they overcorrected it so much that it looks strange in photos... Fixing it is also a hassle, sigh
