The doctor explained things well too, so that was good, but he kept talking only about costal cartilage, which bothered me a bit. Other hospitals said my septum wasn't particularly small, but this place was the only one that kept pushing costal cartilage, which felt excessive. The doctor was a decent person, but the surgical method felt too extreme, so I'll pass...
