I had a revision surgery around 2020. I had the fold lowered, but so much skin was cut away that I couldn't close my eyes. After the first revision, my eyes became extreme. The shape of my eyes got ridiculously strange. If I could turn back time, I would absolutely never do it here. Please preserve as much skin reserve as possible. Wanting an aegyo-sal-free look like this is seriously nonsense, and they can't make eyes this extreme.
