A hospital that said there was no difference in effect between non-incisional and incisional methods. Not sure whether I can trust that. They seem good at epicanthoplasty and canthoplasty. The director is cynical. The manager is kind. They said within a month it would be possible to loosen it and make it more pinched. I'm thinking of doing it here because I want a non-incisional procedure. They seem to have a lot of experience.
