A acquaintance had lower blepharoplasty here, so I went straight to consultation and surgery without searching around much. It seems like the doctor doesn't do fat grafting; during the consultation, he said that if I still worry about the hollow area after lower blepharoplasty, I should do fat grafting later. Before surgery, even when I put on makeup with concealer, there was a shadow because of the lower blepharoplasty, but now that's gone. He said my orbital septum? had stretched, so if I had surgery, the aegyo-sal would naturally show, and it did become a little visible, to the point that others probably wouldn't notice but I could. But that wasn't what I originally wanted, so it doesn't matter. And he said the Mongolian fold would become more pronounced, but once the swelling went down it wasn't to the point of bothering me. In fact, I liked my slightly changed eye shape more, but maybe that was just because time passed and I got used to it, and now I can't really tell the difference. Anyway, I'm satisfied with the surgery itself!
