My mouth doesn't protrude very much, so I was told that if I did a paranasal augmentation surgery it could end up giving me a pinched-mouth look.. I consulted with Dr. Kim Eung-sam and got turned down He was much more straightforward and refreshingly candid than I expected. I thought he'd recommend it because my area beside the nose is badly sunken, but hmm.. I'll think about it some more!
