I was going for a natural nose, and they said they would raise the bridge with the septum and raise the tip of the nose together. They also said there was a possibility of using ear cartilage, and they seemed positive about autologous dermis from the buttocks. They also explained the possibility of an incisionless procedure! But it was disappointing that the photos they showed me were revision surgery cases..
