The consultation with the doctor was ordinary, and they showed me a virtual plastic surgery photo using Photoshop. Just like the reviews and what I'd heard, it was very flashy! The consultation manager was very kind and listened to my current concerns and what I wanted improved. However, the waiting time at the clinic was a bit long.
