I went for a consultation for a second revision rhinoplasty. The doctor's pride definitely seemed strong, and like in other posts, he was a bit cynical and very confident, but it felt less like "anything you want can be done!" and more like the director saying, "This is the feeling I want to pursue, and this is what can be done." That makes sense too, because it's such a famous hospital and the before-and-after photos were flashy, and for people who like a high nose, they were exactly the kind of photos they'd want. It just didn't suit me, so I didn't have the surgery, but if you want a glamorous nose, I think it's worth visiting for a consultation.
