First, they answered everything when I asked questions. The consultation also felt professional, but there was one difference from other hospitals. They said making it exactly the same as the original nose is removal, and if cartilage relocation is included, it becomes a revision surgery, and that revision surgery costs more. So I thought about it, but in the end it seemed that the pretty nose the director had in mind and the pretty nose I had in mind were different, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery. They seemed professional and were kind, which I liked.
