I went in for a consultation about removal surgery, and they said my condition was in very bad shape, so removal surgery might make it better, but there was also a strong chance it could get worse, so they couldn't readily recommend it. They said it was a very difficult case. They didn't flat-out say not to do it, but they also didn't tell me to do it, and asked me to think carefully about it ㅠㅠ The director and the consultation manager were both kind.
