It was my first consultation for male rhinitis nose surgery, and I think it was fine. First you go and get a CT scan, then you consult with the director. The director explains the basic information before you meet the surgeon. There was no pressure to have surgery, so it felt clean and straightforward. I was a first-time consultation, so I didn't know much and feel like I couldn't ask a lot, which was a little disappointing. And during the consultation with the surgeon, I trusted him because he is an ENT specialist. He explained things easily with models, and the functional problems in my nose were identified. Septal deviation, nasal valve stenosis, and inferior turbinate?? A total of three things came up. For the cosmetic side, because my nose is short and turned up, he said he would lower the nose a bit using my septum, and I think he mentioned about 3 mm of silicone at the glabella area. I think he explained it that way because I wasn't specific about the nose angle I wanted. I also asked about alar reduction, and he said my proportions were already fine and it wasn't really recommended. He also mentioned slightly lifting the sides of the nostrils. After the consultation, I ended up having a lot more questions, so I'm thinking about getting a second consultation. The surgeon was kind and nice. The director was also straightforward without pushing reservations or anything like that. I plan to visit again for another consultation when I have time.
