First, they took photos and looked at everything overall, then showed me roughly how much my side profile would change virtually. They reviewed a no-implant approach, osteotomy, and the nose tip, and explained one by one through PPT drawings how the nose surgery would proceed and how the osteotomy would be done. I have only placed a reservation deposit so far.
