I booked a consultation because I heard they do well with natural lines without implants. Maybe the day I went was especially busy, because I seemed to wait quite a long time. That part was a little annoying, but both the coordinator and the director were kind, and I had a lot of questions so I brought notes, and they answered all of them in detail. Also, I liked that the director showed me a virtual simulation on a tablet of what my nose would look like if I had surgery. Overall, they did seem busy.
