ENT specialist. They said they would do septal extension; not many places do this these days, haha. When raising the tip, they said they would lay a thin layer between the nasal bridge and the tip to prevent any step-off, then support the tip and place it on top afterward. I thought this showed a high level of understanding. They said they wouldn’t do osteotomy. They said they would carefully shave down the hump over a long period of time. I didn’t go ahead because I didn’t like the idea of septal extension. When I looked at the before-and-after photos, the line was really, really natural and very pretty in a straight line, which I liked. The inside of the clinic was clean, with a Cheongdam hair-salon kind of feel? Maybe because they do a lot of functional nose surgery, the ratio of male to female patients was almost 1:1.
