I went for a consultation last week! I said I wanted to just lightly smooth down the hump and do it without an implant, and they said that would be fully possible! What I liked was that they explained in detail that they would fill in the area between the shaved part of the hump and the part raised with the septum to make it flat, and because it was my second consultation, I’m not sure about other hospitals, but both the office manager and the surgeon felt kinder than at the first hospital. More than anything, I wanted a natural look!! and the surgeon said they do that well, so I think the line will be to my liking. However, since there was no anesthesiologist on site, I deducted one point in terms of my expectations for the hospital.
