The director and the consultation counselor were all very kind during the consultation. I didn't really have long conversations with the staff/nurses, so I'm not sure, but they were pretty average, no different from any other hospital? I went to look into nostril reduction, but the director's consultation was very short and it was almost all centered around the manager, so that was a little disappointing..
