After visiting, the waiting time ended up being almost 50 minutes longer than my appointment time... Including the fact that I came early, I probably lost close to an hour. I first consulted with the chief manager, but that consultation was not very helpful. The director was kind. She also kindly explained the rough direction for future improvement and took into account the photos I brought as well as realistic constraints during the consultation.
