When I said I wasn't going to do functional nose surgery, they took about 7 photos and then had a short consultation with the consultation manager. I said I wanted to do it without an implant, and they said, why? Then they said they had also had nose surgery with an implant and had no problems for 18 years, strongly recommending it. They kept saying if I was going to do it, I should use an implant. The doctor was very kind and nice. They even showed me with Photoshop how I would look after surgery, and because they do functional nose surgery too, they also recommended surgery for rhinitis during the consultation. When I said I wanted to do it without an implant, they said I would need to pay about 2.5 times the original cost. The consultation was good, but I had gone there thinking of doing it without an implant, so being told to use an implant left me confused.
