I went there first, but the doctor's surgery ran long so I waited an hour... It couldn't be helped, but anyway the wait was extremely long. The staff's friendliness was so good I wanted to give them a couple more stars; everyone was very kind. The website says the surgery may be done either open or closed depending on the case, but once I actually had the consultation, they said they would only do an open procedure. I liked that they immediately adjusted the photos and showed the expected effects visually. However, the angle of the nose they held for me was more artificial than I had imagined. They said correcting a bulbous nose is difficult without using cartilage, so I'm considering it conservatively.
