I visited for a first nose consultation because it's a hospital specializing in noses. Both the doctor and the consultation manager were kind, and they took photos first and then explained things while looking at the pictures. They honestly told me that because the bridge of my nose is wide, osteotomy is needed, but osteotomy alone wouldn't have a dramatic effect. Since the doctor is an ENT specialist, I think it's safe and good to consider the functional side of the nose as well. The estimate seemed reasonable, and because it's a one-doctor clinic, I got the feeling that aftercare would be handled well.
