They took a CT and analyzed the current condition of my nose in detail (They said that because of the curvature, one side of the nose was being pressed, causing rhinitis, and that I seemed to have a lot of runny nose inside because of sinusitis) They made a post-op image from my current side-view photo with Photoshop as a virtual surgery - the result looked extremely natural and was exactly the side profile I wanted And I liked that they recommended surgery to make my nose beautifully harmonious based on my current face
