I had a consultation for a no-implant nose, and I'm debating it. We decided to raise the tip with septal cartilage and shave down the bump slightly. I think it’s nice that they provide everything afterward too, like pumpkin juice and bruise care. They say they remove the nasal packing after just one day. But if you book the surgery date, they said they will notify you of the surgery time no matter what only the day before.,??? You don't even know whether it's in the morning or afternoon. Even when you go for a consultation, they make you write down your resident registration number and take it with them.. I found that part a bit strange.. The consultant said I wouldn't bruise much, but I think that varies from person to person, and both the director and the consultant were bright and kind, explaining everything with PPTs, which was nice. I'm torn because there's another place that says I don't need to cut the dorsal hump....
