They explained the nose in great detail, so I think this would be a good place to go for a first consultation. I also recommend watching their YouTube. But before going in for the consultation, the appointment time changed three times. It wasn't changed the day before, but maybe about a week earlier? They said it was because there was only one director, but other clinics also only have one doctor and this was the first time my appointment time had changed there.. So I lowered my expectations for the surgery a bit. Still, they were kind!! I can't remember the exact cost..
