The director is kind and explains in detail by clearly separating what is definite, what is ambiguous, and what can only be known once they open the nose during surgery. They definitely seemed to be highly specialized in noses. In my case, I have a crooked nose and severe facial asymmetry, and they honestly said they couldn’t fix everything. I liked how honest they were.
