Compared with consultations at other places, this felt the best. I felt like the doctor was paying attention to each patient one by one, and I could see they were focused during the consultation, so I ended up asking more questions and talking more than I otherwise would have. The manager first asked what shape I wanted and what parts I wanted to fix, then the doctor went over the detailed points and whether I had any questions, and finally I discussed any additional questions and the cost with the manager. The consultation process was similar to other hospitals, but my overall feeling was that it was good.
