Even though I was late for my consultation time, I was able to get a CT scan right away and then have my consultation without waiting. The questionnaire was very detailed, and after a brief consultation with the manager, I moved on to the doctor. They turned on the light and checked inside my nose with a long cotton swab to see whether the septal cartilage could be used, and while looking at the CT they explained everything slowly and in an easy-to-understand way. When I asked questions by comparing it with what I had been told at other hospitals, they also explained the reasons behind the differences well. Overall, it was very comfortable to talk! They understood what I wanted well too.. Of course, they couldn’t be 100% sure my problem would be fully improved, but I had been feeling confused after going around to other hospitals and hearing either “it’s nothing” or “don’t do it.” So hearing a neutral opinion was satisfying in its own way. There was no pressure to make a reservation or anything like that, which was cool.
