I consulted trusting only the doctor, but the counselor was a bit rude.. There was some confusion in the middle of the conversation, but when I was told I couldn't see the doctor again, I lost trust because of that, and was about to not go through with it, but I kept waiting inside the hospital and in the end decided on the surgery and came out.
