It was easy to get there because it's close to Sinnonhyeon Station, and it seemed like they use an entire floor. Since it's right in front of the hospital, it was easy to find. The overall atmosphere felt neat and high-end? Since there is only one director, it seems to operate by appointment. The director handled everything related to the surgery, and the manager explained the additional details and costs. For surgery-related questions, the director answered everything and kept asking if I had any more questions, so I was able to ask enough before leaving. They explained things while drawing diagrams, and they broke down the words and content in an easy-to-understand way.
