The director explained things in detail using the virtual simulation and the CT file, and gave realistic answers about what not to do, so I calmed down. After the consultation with the director was over, I spoke with the consultation manager about the cost. She pressured me to pay a deposit, saying there would be no discount unless I booked that day. They said I could watch CCTV footage, but then changed their story after the consultation, so trust dropped a lot and I just skipped it comfortably.
