They didn't know the method of placing silicone under the alar cartilage from the previous hospital's consultation, so they couldn't distinguish the silicone on the CT.* It seems like it's not a commonly used surgical method. They diagnosed that the silicone had shifted to the right. They said the gap between the nasal bridge and the tip should be filled with autologous costal cartilage, the tip with ear cartilage, and the silicone in the bridge should be removed. Inferior turbinate reduction surgery is possible (functional). They expected donor rib cartilage to be difficult to obtain and in short supply. Since this hospital only uses autologous rib cartilage, the cost was the highest. They can show the post-op look with Photoshop.
